Analog Repeaters
General Information
- The callsign for the analog repeaters is WW4VA.
- Time-out timers are set for 2.5 minutes on all 3 repeaters.
- Most of the announcements and ID's on the repeaters are "polite", that is they will cease if you key up and talk over them. The exceptions are weather, emergency, and critical announcements, and some commands issued by a control operator.
- When a net or special event is in progress, it is usually only being conducted on one of the repeaters; the other repeaters are usually free - the exception is the weekly SARA net which is carried on the 145.375 repeater.
